This is what we did yesterday in class.

SPEAKING	We wrote 5 word or phrases related to the cinema, and your partner did a sentence with your word or phrase.
VOCABULARY	ENTRETAINMENT ADJETIVES. In pairs, we did exercise 1 a b and c
LISTENING	We did exercise 2 a and b
GRAMMAR	AS, LIKE, SUCH AS, SO, SUCH. We did exercise 3, and then exercise 4
READING	-
WRITTING	-
OTHER	-
HOMERWORKS	Exercise 5 and 6b. In exercise 6b we have to write five sentences with as, like, such as, so or such about a film, play or TV drama with the ideas in the exercise. With this sentences we will work on Monday in class

Hello everyone

This is what we did yesterday in class.

SPEAKING	We began the class in pairs, talking about our favorite least favourite film.
LISTENING	-
VOCABULARY	In pairs, we tryed to understand the words in exercise 1 (page 72) and then Tom clarify the doubt. Next, we asked each other the questions in that exercise
READING	First, read exercise 2b (page 72) and predicted the correct anserwers in pairs. Then, we read "and the Oscar goes to…" in page 73 and corrected the answers in exercise 2b.
GRAMMAR	THE PASSIVE. We does exercise 4 (page 72)using phrases in pink and blue in the text "and the Oscar goes to…". At the end of the class, we played "Domino" with phrases in passive

Hello, everyone, 

This is what we did yesterday in class.

SPEAKING	-As warmer, we thought of 5 reasons why you might apologize to someone. And talked with partners about it.
LISTENING	-We watched a video of two conversations, decided the sentences of 2b which of them are true and which are false. (8D, page 70-2b)
GRAMMAR	-We read sentences of 3a, matched them to meanings a-c. And talked about rules when you apologize by using the sentence "I'm sorry...". (page 70-3a, 3b) -We did 4a, and practiced it with our partners. (page 71-4a, 4b)
VOCABULARY	-We reviewed the vocabulary and completed the sentences in 7A-1. (page 121-1) -We did the practice 7C-6, added more words that started with those prefixes. (page 121-6)

HOMEWORK	-Prepare for the "PROGRESS TEST I"

WE DON'T HAVE CLASS ON NEXT MONDAY (December 7)!!

Here are the answers to the Extra practice sections for units 7 & 8, p.121 & 122. You'll find them useful to help you revise for our first progress test next Wednesday, 9.12.15.

Class Update November 30, 2015

Hello, everyone, 

This is what we did yesterday in class.

SPEAKING	-As warmer, we checked our homework of last week by "mingling" with each other, talking about things we regret. (page 67-10,11) -We talked about rules of tipping.
LISTENING	-We heard an audio of conversation which talked about the differences of tipping rules between England and America. And answered the questions in 5b. (page 69-5b)
GRAMMAR	-
VOCABULARY	-We divided into two groups, found out synonyms  of words in 3b or 3c in the article, and checked with each other. We made sentences by using those vocabulary. -We taught classmates of other group the words we found, and did a small test about the vocabulary. (page 68-3b, 3c)
READING	-We read the sentences in 2a, guessed the correct answers and checked it in the article. (page 68-2a, 2b)
