Esto es lo que hemos hecho hoy en clase:

HABLANDO	-Personality review: hemos escrito las  principales características de una persona  bien conocida por cada uno y luego hemos comentado los calificativos entre nosotros: quién cómo y qué significa .
ESCUCHANDO
LEYENDO	Hemos leído y completado los vacíos del ejercicio 7A-10A con el uso de get y have y hemos contrastado entre nosotros las respuestas que hemos hecho.
VOCABULARIO	Hemos hecho el ejercicio 1-10B, estableciendo el sentido positivo o negativo de los calificativos empleados  en relación con las diferencias generacionales.
ESCRITURA	-Get Ready: Hemos hecho una lista de las tareas domésticas que hacemos nosotros, de las que pagamos para que se hagan y de las que pedimos a otra persona que las haga por nosotros; a partir del ejercicio 8-10A -
GRAMÁTICA	-Hemos avanzado en el uso de get y have a partir del ejercicio 7A -10A, aplicado a tareas domesticas.
OTRA S	-Hemos tratado de definir los calificativos de las diferencias generacionales de los jóvenes  según la opinión pública y según nuestra opinión
DEBERES	Para el próximo lunes 15 de Febrero hay que haber leído el artículo de la página 82 y completado el ejercicio 2a-10B.

Hi classmates!

SPEAKING	-Quick review, in groups of 3-4 we planned to spend tomorrow evening together. -We practiced the new vocabulary (household jobs) with exercises 1 and 2 on page 80.
LISTENING	-We heard what some people can do themselves in household jobs, in the exercise 3 on page 80. -We did a suggestions review, listening and repeating the phrases in exercise 3.a on page 78. -We did the exercise 5 on page 81.
READING	-
VOCABULARY	-Vocabulary to talk about household jobs and D.I.Y(do it yourself) on page 80.
WRITING	-
GRAMMAR	-Have/get something done, we did the exercise 4 and 6 on page 81.
OTHERS	-We did an exercise where we had to order a conversation between two friends planning an evening together.
HOMEWORK	-Unit 7A to unit 9D review and exercise 7a on page 81.

SPEAKING	-Warmer: We talked about Ben's sentences of Penny's conversation. We used exercise 4a, page 79.  - As a group of three we discussed about planning a night out. Ex. 5b
LISTENING	- We listened to Ben's and Penny's original conversation. Ex. 4b - We listened the different pronunciations of 'I'. Ex 1ab and 2ab
READING	-
VOCABULARY	-Vocabulary to make suggestions, show preferences, refuse them or have no preference. Ex. 5b
WRITING	- We made a list of some good places to fo in Madrid (or other city). Ex. 5a
GRAMMAR	-
OTHERS	- Pronunciation: We practiced in pairs for pronunciation of 'I'. Ex 1ab and 2ab
HOMEWORK	- Review activity: Units 7A - 9D

A little reminder from Tom: there are no classes next week (1st and 3rd of February).

There's been a change to the CSIM calendar, so that now Monday, May 16th is a holiday.

Hello, everyone.
As mentioned in class and by mail, you should take advantage of our long break to do this review activity. 
You'll find all the answers in the Language Summary section at the back of your book, and the code in the top right-hand corner of each question tells you exactly where to look. V stands for vocabulary, G for grammar, and RV for real world. These are to be consulted in order to check your answers, not to provide them.
Remember to take written notes of any doubts you find in this review, and we'll try to clarify them in class.
